the wonderful professional theater company located in the magnificent
Frauenthal facilities, the Muskegon area has a great deal more to offer. With
its three state parks, 26 miles of Lake Michigan sandy beaches, 20 inland lakes,
40 charter fishing services, 25 modern marinas, 18 public golf courses, an
amusement park and recreational harbor facilities, Muskegon is a vacationer’s

Muskegon has the award-winning Muskegon Museum of Art, a Great
Lakes Maritime Museum with the U.S.S. Silversides Submarine display,
Muskegon Civic Theatre, and The West Shore Symphony Orchestra celebrating 60 years of fine
orchestral music. Muskegon Summer Celebration is a
10-day
event in June and July presenting national recording artists on it’s main

Muskegon is also home to a CHL Professional Hockey Team, The Muskegon Air
Fair, and the internationally-known, highly respected, Blue Lake Fine Arts
Camp. It also has a collection of beautifully restored Victorian homes
